Due to the personalized nature of customized items, customized garments, printed products, bangles, clips, and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear video is must while unboxing the item.
We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
